In their words
Watch people who stopped waking up sore
The problem
You don't wake up because you're done sleeping
You wake up because something isn't right. And most nights, it's the thing under your head.
The 3am flip
You surface, turn the pillow over, punch it back into shape and drop off again. Three or four times a night, most nights.
The dead arm
You roll onto your side, tuck an arm under, and wake up twenty minutes later with no feeling in it. So you shift, and start again.
The stiff morning
You get out of bed already sore, roll your shoulders on the way to the kettle, and it doesn't fully loosen off until mid-morning.
None of it is really about comfort. It's seven hours a night, every night, holding your neck somewhere it was never meant to be — and a morning that starts already behind.
What it adds up to
A bad night isn't the problem. A bad decade is.
One restless night is nothing. The trouble is that a pillow you bought years ago is still under your head tonight, and will be tomorrow.
You replace a mattress every eight years and a pillow almost never — even though the pillow is the part holding your neck.
The difference
One straight line, from head to hips
Almost every sore morning starts the same way — a pillow at the wrong height, holding your neck out of line for hours while you sleep through it.

Your head drops, your neck bends — and then holds that bend for seven hours.
Head, neck and spine held in one straight line, all night.
What you're paying for
Four layers, each doing one job
A pillow is easy to make badly — one block of foam in a bag. This one is built in layers, because support and comfort are two different problems.
- 1 Removable cover Zips off and goes in the machine, so the pillow itself stays clean.
- 2 Comfort layer The bit you actually feel. Soft enough to settle into within a few seconds of lying down.
- 3 Support core Does the real work — holds the loft so your head sits where it should at 6am, not just at 11pm.
- 4 Airflow base Channels underneath move warm air out instead of trapping it against the mattress.

Find yours
How you sleep decides what you need
The gap between your head and the mattress changes completely depending on how you lie. Pick yours.

Your shoulder sets the height
Lying on your side lifts your head furthest off the mattress. A pillow that can't fill that gap lets your neck drop, and it stays dropped all night.
Most people sleep this way — pick it if you're unsure.

Support the curve, don't push it
On your back the gap is much smaller. Too much height tips your chin toward your chest and holds it there for hours.
The contoured centre does the work here.

The flatter the better
Face down, almost any height pushes your neck backwards. The lower front edge keeps it as close to neutral as this position allows.
The hardest position to get right — start low.
What to expect
Night one might feel strange. That's normal.
Your neck has spent years adapting to whatever you sleep on now. Changing it takes a fortnight, not a night — so here's the honest version.

Real sleepers
Two thousand people slept on it first
I was afraid this was a TikTok overhyped scam but I am so glad I was wrong. I have literally never experienced less neck pain than since getting this pillow, and I don't wake up stiff. I'm 5'9 so the “high” option is great. My forever pillow for sure.
Highly recommend purchasing one of these pillows. My horrible neck and shoulder pain went away after I started using this pillow.
It has replaced 3 pillows. It's amazing, helps in all the ways. I'm a pillow grouch and this has been my fav.
It stays cool all night and gives great support for the neck. Super comfortable and just the right height for me. I loved it so much I got another one for my mom!
Absolutely love it! It's big, super soft, and honestly way better than the cervical pillow I was originally planning to get. It still supports my neck, but feels much gentler.
I feel like I'm sleeping on clouds. This is the best pillow I've ever bought.

Before you go
Questions, answered
Which loft should I choose?
It comes down to how you sleep. Side sleepers want high loft — your shoulder lifts your head furthest off the mattress, so the pillow has more of a gap to fill. Back and stomach sleepers want low loft, because the gap is much smaller and too much height pushes the neck out of line.
If you move around all night, go high. Most combination sleepers spend the majority of the night on their side.
What if I pick the wrong one?
Get in touch and we'll swap it, free, at any point inside your 100 nights. You don't need to have a reason, and there are no restocking fees.
How long before it feels normal?
Usually a fortnight. Night one often feels strange, because your neck has spent years adapting to whatever you're using now — that's expected, not a bad sign.
Most people stop noticing the pillow within the first few nights, and notice the mornings instead by about week two.
Will it go flat?
The support core is what holds the height, and it's covered by a 3-year warranty against loss of shape. If it flattens inside that window, we'll replace it.
Does it sleep hot?
The base is channelled so warm air moves out rather than being trapped between the pillow and the mattress, and the cover is a breathable knit. It's the most common complaint about solid foam pillows, and it's what the airflow layer exists to solve.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or line dry.
Don't put the core in the machine — water breaks foam down. Spot clean it with a damp cloth and a little mild detergent, and let it dry completely before the cover goes back on.
When will it arrive?
Free tracked shipping on every order. We dispatch within one business day, and delivery is typically 2–5 business days after that depending where you are.
What's it made of, and is it certified?
Four layers: a removable knit cover, a comfort layer, the support core, and a channelled airflow base.
The cover holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, which means every component has been tested for harmful substances, and the foam is CertiPUR-US® certified for low emissions with no heavy metals or ozone depleters.
